Our History
Infinity Events Group has over 20 years in the industry with extensive experience in all areas of the hospitality industry. We attract people that have extensive resumes with hotel/ resort operations, sales, marketing, and leadership positions. This longevity and scope of experience allow us great insight to negotiate strong contracts, reduce your liability, and always there as your advocate for whatever comes your way with the meetings you plan. We are a full-service event planning company that focuses not on volume, but on knowing your culture and specific goals and designing custom solutions for each client.

We are all about the relationships and being present with each and every step of the process. We are passionate about supplementing your team however it benefits you most. We advocate 100% transparency between clients and suppliers. Through communication and accessibility, we create a strong network and exchange of information that benefits the end game as a whole. We encourage our clients to take advantage of familiarization trips, networking events, and other “perks” to gain knowledge and be in the best position when choosing their next vendor. Some clients enjoy being in the front lines with vendors and others prefer that we are their point of contact or gatekeeper. Which do you prefer? It’s up to you!

Our team of people are hospitality industry veterans with a long history of experience in hotels, resorts, national offices, CVB's, and as meeting planners. Our team members must have character, integrity, creative passion, and positivity. We practice a work hard, play hard attitude, and enjoy bringing that to every phase of what we do. We are continually active in our industry to foster industry connections and to stay on top of new ideas, trends, and innovative ways of improving the way we do business.

We have extensive experience in the Financial & Insurance, Medical, Technology, and Education & Government markets giving us a diverse network of contacts and experience. We contract a wide range of business from small board meetings, training seminars, user groups, annual conferences, convention and trade shows, incentives, to 5000 plus attendee, citywide conventions, just to name a few.
We are extremely well connected with all hotel and resort brands, convention centers, destination management companies, and convention & visitor bureaus. We present all options without bias so our clients can compare them and find the best possible solution for their events. Our volume of business and excellent reputation in the industry enables you to take advantage of our buying power to get you the best space, dates, and rates for your event!
